The 20 inch Viking Eco Stepper electric bike features a folding lightweight alloy frame design, alloy rims and stainless steel spokes, with a low step through, to aid the rider mounting and dismounting. The Eco Stepper is an electric bicycle with 3 levels of assist, so you can choose how strenuous you want your ride to be. The comfort seat and grips give it a plush feel to make even longer journeys comfortable. The Steppers drive chain is provided by Shimano and adjusted with a 6- speed Revo shift changer. As insurance that the Eco Stepper stops as well as it goes, even in wet conditions, a powerful 'V" brake up front is supported by a low maintenance roller brake at the rear.
A state of the art lithium battery, that is easy to remove for recharging purposes, powers the cycle for up to 30 miles on one 4-6 hour charge. If you're a commuter you can pop the 21 kg folded bike into your vehicle boot, park out of town, cycle to work and avoid parking, congestion and fuel charges.

I brought mine new approx 1995. still on original batteries,it is used 3 or 4 times at least, weekly.I have only had to replace the belt.& the motor brushes early in its life, this caused more by myself before finding the correct way to operate it.

I bought my eco stepper about 4 years ago. Love it but now need a battery replacement and can't get one. Amazon says "Not available". Can anyone tell me if I can get a different battery fitted on this bike? If so, which one? Many thanks
